Purpose and Process
We are exceptionally proud to support our students and their research. Our faculty review assignment submissions critically each semester and choose outstanding papers based on their argument and historical content to be featured in the History Department’s Historical Studies Journal published each spring. The History Department is happy to offer students the opportunity to professionally edit and publish their independent research. By providing this platform for students, the Historical Studies Journal allows students to acquire personal experience with the publishing process.
