James Stark
James Stark is a fourth-generation Coloradan. He graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Colorado Denver in December 2020. He enjoys spending time in the Colorado Mountains with his wife Kristi, who introduced him to some of the remote wilderness areas where the 10th Mountain Division trained. Stark enjoys broadening his historical knowledge by reading a variety of history, though his main interest is American military history. James would like to thank Dr. Cameron Blevins, Dr. Greg Whitesides, and Dr. Gabriel Finkelstein for their academic guidance; Eden Huitt for her emendations, Kelli Schmidt for her assistance in the 10th Mountain Division Resource Center, and Mark A.
